We provide individual counseling sessions to individuals ages 14 and above. Individual sessions are conducted one-on-one with a psychologist or professional counselor to explore feelings, work through challenging memories or experiences, cope with life transitions, gain insights, obtain symptom relief, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. Therapeutic goals and frequency of sessions are determined based on the presenting needs of the client.
