Ryann Bradley serves in an advisory capacity to Authentic Perspectives Psychological & Consulting Services, providing ongoing strategic guidance related to financial planning, operational growth, and long-term business strategy. While he does not provide clinical or consulting services, his expertise was instrumental in establishing the practice and continues to support its mission, sustainability, and commitment to expanding access to high-quality psychological care.
During the practice’s development, Ryann provided strategic leadership in financial planning, revenue cycle management, insurance contracting, payer relations, operational systems, and business infrastructure. His insight helped establish the strong financial and operational foundation that continues to support the practice’s growth and ability to serve the community.
Ryann is an accomplished healthcare finance executive with more than a decade of leadership experience across hospitals and healthcare systems. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a healthcare organization and has held executive leadership positions specializing in healthcare finance, reimbursement, revenue cycle operations, analytics, and strategic planning.
His previous experience includes leadership roles with Deloitte Services, Allegheny Health Network, Heritage Valley Health System, Highlands Hospital, LifePoint Health, UPMC, and Revenue Cycle Solutions. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his commitment to operational excellence, financial stewardship, and improving organizational performance.
Ryann earned both his Master of Business Administration from Seton Hill University and his Master of Accounting from Chatham University. His expertise in healthcare finance, organizational strategy, and business operations continues to provide valuable guidance as Authentic Perspectives grows and expands its services.
Although he is not involved in the delivery of clinical care, Ryann remains an important part of the practice’s leadership, helping ensure that Authentic Perspectives is positioned to provide exceptional care through thoughtful planning, sound financial management, and sustainable growth.
Outside of his professional work, Ryann enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Krista Boyer, and coaching youth soccer for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Academy.
