Ryann Bradley serves in an advisory capacity to Authentic Perspectives Psychological and Consulting Services, offering strategic guidance on financial and operational matters. His support was instrumental during the initial development of the practice, including revenue cycle planning, insurance payer communication, contracting, and establishing foundational financial systems. His insights continue to inform key decisions that enhance client care and access to services.

Ryann is a respected leader in healthcare finance, known for his commitment to excellence, integrity, and compassion. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for a healthcare organization and brings more than a decade of leadership experience across diverse healthcare settings.

Ryann holds an MBA from Seton Hill University and a Master of Accounting from Chatham University. His past roles include: Services Analyst for Deloitte Services, LP; Chief Financial Officer at Highlands Hospital; Controller for LifePoint Health; Director of Revenue Cycle Reporting and Analytics at Allegheny Health Network; Senior Consultant for Revenue Cycle Solutions, LLC; and Director of Reimbursement at Heritage Valley Health System. He also held multiple leadership posts at UPMC.

Outside of his professional work, Ryann enjoys spending time with his wife, Krista, and coaching soccer for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Academy.
