As part of the Organizational Consulting team at Authentic Perspectives, Gina works alongside Dr. Krista Boyer and the consulting division to support businesses, healthcare organizations, schools, and community agencies in developing practical, evidence-based solutions that improve leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, communication, and workplace well-being.
Her work includes supporting organizational assessments, analyzing workplace data, coordinating consulting initiatives, developing training materials, and assisting with the implementation of leadership and organizational development strategies. Gina’s background in psychology allows her to examine workplace challenges through the lens of human behavior, motivation, stress, and organizational dynamics.

Biography
Gina Veltri earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology and a minor in Social Work from Seton Hill University. During her undergraduate research, she studied the long-term effects of stress, including conducting research examining cortisol levels in college students to better understand how identity influences everyday stress and overall well-being.
She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Management, further strengthening her expertise at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
At Authentic Perspectives, Gina serves as Director of Operations while also supporting the Organizational Consulting division. She plays an integral role in practice operations, psychological assessment coordination, and the development and implementation of organizational consulting services.
Known for her approachable personality, positive attitude, and collaborative leadership style, Gina enjoys building strong relationships with organizations and helping teams develop practical solutions that promote healthier workplaces, stronger leaders, and more engaged employees.
