Gina has a bachelor’s degree in honors in psychology with a minor in social work from Seton Hill University. During her time at Seton Hill, Gina’s research focused on long-term implications of stress, including an in-depth study of cortisol levels of students to examine how identity can impact everyday stress. Gina is currently an MBA candidate majoring in Leadership and Management.
At our practice, Gina plays a key role in administrative and operational functioning, supports the therapy staff, and aids in psychological assessments. As an associate consultant, Gina supports the design and delivery of impactful organizational solutions. Working closely with our Chief Organizational Consultant, she contributes to assessment, strategy development, and implementation across leadership, team dynamics, and workforce wellbeing initiatives. Her role ensures that consulting engagements are grounded in data, executed with precision, and aligned with best practices in organizational effectiveness. Known for her sense of humor, Gina fosters a positive and supportive environment, enabling her to build strong, trusting relationships.
