Kate brings a dynamic blend of energy, creativity, and strategic thinking to her role as Outreach Coordinator. A graduate of Ohio Northern University, she holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Literature and Communications, with minors in Writing and Business Science in Technical Fields. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Psychology with a Forensic Concentration at Carlow University, where she channels her passion for female empowerment and her research focus on gender-based violence into meaningful work. 

In her role at the office, Kate excels at connecting the practice with community partners, fostering impactful collaborations, and assisting with marketing initiatives. She plays a key role in delivering empowering workshops and actively contributes to organizational consulting engagements, helping businesses integrate wellness into their workplace culture. 

With plans to pursue a doctorate in psychology after graduating from Carlow, Kate is dedicated to becoming a licensed psychologist and continuing her advocacy for gender equality and mental health. Her vibrant personality and unwavering commitment to empowerment make her an invaluable asset to the team.
